Our service team will inspect your roof system on an annual basis, to ensure your roof is working effectively. We’ll identify any supplemental repairs needed to maintain the roof system warranty. During the inspection, we will clean drains, remove debris, and caulk any minor areas of concern. - 360º Rooftop Safety Audit
Our comprehensive rooftop safety inspection and audit follows OSHA’s Hierarchy of Fall Protection, the gold standard of safety procedures. Our Products

Single Ply
Single ply roofing is best for low-slope applications. Various single ply membrane types include TPO, PVC and EPDM, and are installed by mechanically attaching, fully adhering, or heat welding the seams of the sheets to form a uniform, watertight assembly. These membranes are not only economical options for installation, but offer great warranty, durability, and integrity.

Built Up
Built up roofing is a multi-ply roofing system for low-slope applications, consisting of alternating layers of reinforced fabric installed with asphalt or tar. The top ply consists of stone or gravel, adding additional protection against UV rays, extreme temperature changes, and storm damage

Modified Bitumen (MB)
Modified Bitumen roofing is another system designed and installed solely on low-slope roof structures. Similar to built up, modified system plies can be hot applied, cold applied, or even self-adhered. It’s a low maintenance, weather, and temperature resistance system that is easy to repair while still offering a lengthy warranty.

Slate & Shingle Roofing
Unlike flat roofing, sloped roofing has a natural pitch defined by the incline of the roof. Two of the most common forms of sloped roofing installations are shingle and slate systems. While both offer great longevity and are cost-effective, there are more constraints to installing a slate system due to the weight of the materials and the structural integrity required by the existing building.

Metal Roofing
Metal roofing is a great alternative to shingles or slate, whether a flat seam copper roof or a standing seam roof with a painted finish. It is durable, sustainable, and, most importantly, recyclable, meriting strong consideration for environmentally-focused projects.
With the ever increasing focus on energy conservation, Silktown Roofing strives to work with panel manufacturers that offer “cool roof” solutions for metal roofs. A cool roof has reflectivity that meets or exceeds the Energy Star performance levels when installed at a 2:12 pitch or greater.

Green Roofing
Today’s environmental considerations encourage constructing environmentally friendly buildings that provide sustainable, long-term design. Owners, architects, local governments, and the general public alike are prioritizing sustainable, green roofing systems.
As defined by the NRCA, a green roof system is a roof area of plantings or landscaping installed above a waterproofed substrate at any building level. Installed correctly, green roofs are attractive energy-saving installations that also extend the life expectancy of your roofing system.

Pavers
Often roof space is considered lost space, but paver systems can turn these overlooked areas into usable outdoor terraces.
When integrated with a green roof, functional patios can be created to increase a building appeal as well as tenant satisfaction.
Paver roofs typically consist of a roofing or waterproofing system installed over a structurally ample deck that is covered with drainable concrete pavers.
Pavers can come in a variety of colors and surface textures to compliment the building. Pavers can also be used in conjunction with green roofs to create walkways and paths, or can be installed as larger areas and fitted with benches, tables, and planters to construct inviting and attractive open-air spaces for employees, tenants, or customers.
